GoHighLevel CRM, Funnel & Course Automation Build
A complete GoHighLevel system for a business coaching company, built to manage leads from initial lead magnet signup through nurture, sales, customer onboarding, course delivery, completion, and re-engagement.
The goal was to create a connected system around the customer journey rather than treating the funnel, CRM, email campaigns, and course as separate assets. Contacts are organized based on where they are in the process, while workflows handle communication and internal actions at each stage.

A complete GoHighLevel setup covering lead generation, CRM management, email nurture, sales tracking, course delivery, customer onboarding, and post-program follow-up.

Landing Page & Lead Capture
A branded lead magnet landing page and opt-in form that captures new leads, delivers the free resource automatically, and adds contacts to the appropriate nurture workflow.

CRM & Pipeline
A custom pipeline and supporting tags, fields, and contact organization used to track leads as they move from initial signup through sales and enrollment.

Workflow Automations
Automations for lead magnet delivery, nurture emails, application handling, internal notifications, customer onboarding, course access, completion, and re-engagement.

Opportunity Management
A protected course area with structured modules and lessons, connected to workflows that manage access, onboarding, completion tracking, and follow-up after the program.
The system can receive contacts through multiple entry points, including the free lead magnet, program application, and direct course purchase. Each entry point starts the appropriate workflow while keeping the contact organized inside the CRM.
Lead Magnet Signup → Nurture → Program Interest/Application → Sales Follow-Up → Enrollment → Onboarding → Course Access → Completion → Re-Engagement
Contacts are tagged and routed according to their actions so that someone downloading a free resource is handled differently from an applicant or paying customer. Returning leads can also re-enter the appropriate sequence without creating a disconnected record.
Trigger: Lead magnet form submitted
When someone requests the free guide, GoHighLevel creates or updates the contact and applies the appropriate lead tag.
The contact immediately receives an email containing the lead magnet, followed by the nurture sequence. This removes the need to manually send the resource or keep track of new subscribers.
The workflow also provides a clear CRM record showing that the contact entered through the lead magnet funnel.

Trigger: Contact enters the nurture workflow
After receiving the lead magnet, the contact receives a scheduled email sequence designed to continue the conversation and introduce the coaching program.
The workflow uses waits, email actions, tags, and contact activity to keep the nurture process organized.
Contacts who move forward can enter the application or sales process without continuing through messages that are no longer relevant to their stage.

Trigger: Program application submitted
When a prospect submits an application, their contact record is updated and they enter the appropriate stage of the sales pipeline.
The submission can trigger an internal notification so the team knows that a new applicant needs attention.
Pipeline stages provide a central view of active prospects and allow opportunities to be moved through the sales process based on their current status.

Trigger: Program purchase or enrollment
Once a prospect becomes a customer, their record is updated from lead to customer status and the appropriate customer tags are applied.
The onboarding workflow sends the required welcome information and gives the customer access to the coaching course.
This separates sales follow-up from customer communication so enrolled clients do not continue receiving prospect-focused messages.

Trigger: Customer receives course access
Customers receive access to a private GoHighLevel course containing structured modules and lessons.
The course was configured with restricted access so only enrolled customers can access the content.
The demo includes the course structure, lesson content, module resources, and customer access settings needed to demonstrate the membership side of GHL.

Trigger: Product/course completion
When a customer completes the course, the completion event starts a separate workflow.
The workflow can update the customer's status, apply completion-related tags, and send follow-up communication appropriate for someone who has finished the program.
Using the course completion trigger means the next step is based on actual course activity instead of relying on a fixed time delay.

Trigger: Contact qualifies for re-engagement
A separate re-engagement workflow handles leads who previously entered the system but did not progress into the coaching program.
Eligible contacts can receive a new sequence intended to bring them back into the sales process.
Returning contacts are identified through CRM data and tags so they can re-enter the appropriate journey while keeping their existing contact history.

I'm currently open to full-time and part-time GoHighLevel opportunities. If you think my experience could be a good fit for your team, feel free to get in touch.

Don't watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.
